No matter where or what pests you are seeing, A1 Home Pest Control has you covered. We commonly treat houses, cars, commercial facilities and lawn pest control on empty lots. There is no structure to big or to small for A1 Home Pest Control to perform treatment on. Take a look at our service price sheet below and please feel free to call us with any questions. These prices mainly reflect residential structures as commercial pricing is determined by other factors and has a completely different price set. Specialty work will need an inspection for an accurate quote: bird work, bird clean up, fumigation, flea & tick treatments, exclusion work, trap outs and so on.

Demo Report
Demo reports (rodent)
We here at A1 Home Pest Control understand the time sensitivity with a demo and will schedule your demo inspection report as quickly as possible, at your convenience. With us you will have peace of mind know that when we clear a building you will have no concerns after with rodent issues. If rodent activity is found, we have a swift treatment process in place to clear the activity in order to allow the demo to proceed.

WDO or WDI
Having a home inspection done and the inspector does not do the WDO or WDI inspections? Give us a call, we do. We will do your inspection per your, the title or mortgage company needs. A1 Home Pest Control will have a qualified inspector go to the location, perform the inspection to the best of their ability with weather permitting and accessibility to areas of the structure. You can expect your report to be emailed to you generally within 24 hours but there are a few instances where it may take 72 but it is rare.

Senticon - HexPro Baiting Sytem
HexPro is a Senticon baiting system that is revolutionary in termite baiting coverage for around your home. It is the exact Senticon system that we have all come to know and rely on for decades to monitor, control and eventually eliminate the colony. The termite bait station features vertical slots that allow for maximum wood-to-soil contact, creating the perfect opportunity for termite attack. Each station contains a wood monitor that is appetizing to termites. Stations should be checked monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly. If termite activity is observed in one or more stations, the wood monitor in those stations should be replaced with a Shatter Termite Bait Cartridge containing the active ingredient hexaflumuron.

German Roach Eradication
Our trademark German roach eradication has two categories: stage one (kitchens and bathrooms only) and stage two (roaches have moved beyond the kitchen and bath and are in bed rooms and/or living rooms)

Stage one: Starts at $250 on structures 3,000 sq. ft and under, which comes with a two week follow up that is mandatory for our trade mark system, in order to achieve full eradication we are known for. Also includes FULL exterior pest control and is warrantied.

Stage two: range from $325-$400 on structures under 3,000 sq. ft. this comes with up to 3 follow up appointments and a service warranty. That is a total of four minimum visits!

This service is unmatched and worth every penny you spend. You will FINALLY be rid of the roaches, as long as, you do not bring them back in. If you do, no worries, call us and we will take care of them again!

- General Household Pest Control plus the following:
- Exterior barrier applied to perimeter of structure
- Sweeping eves ( we use longest sweeping poles in the industry)
- Checking A/C chute if one is present we will fill it with foam to deter pests and rodent activity
- Interior spot treatment on initial - other infestations are handled accordingly
- Barrier along driveways, walkways, underneath first floor window sills, around outside faucets on home
- Pool Area if applicable (includes treating around the pool and treating around the home inside pool cage)
- 2 free curative rodent trap outs a year (exclusion work has to been done first by client, at our discretion)
- Free return visits only when LIVE activity is present in the home, dead bugs do not count. If we cannot find activity in the structure we will not subject you or your structure to unneeded chemical exposure.
Price: $80 a quarter on structures under 3,000 sq. ft. Additional charges apply to larger structures or structures with more than one kitchen or 3 bathrooms. Discounts to military, veterans, teachers (k-12), seniors (65+) and first responders.

That price will depend on infestation size and type, as well as prior pest control history or any discounts you may qualify for. Initials generally start at $100+ and this is for homes with no infestations for the first three month of coverage. Then your regular quarterly amount will apply.

- Lawn Pest Control treatment targeted at fleas/roaches/earwigs/ants/occasional invaders and largely impacts spiders when done regularly.
- Clients on this program usually see very good results on their lawn and find they do not need a separate lawn service company other than mowing and edging if they prefer. Our product is of high standard and delivers better results than that of lawn companies who fertilize and use herbicides. The products we apply takes care of most pest issues because it actually repels and kills. It is also a control application, keeping it from having no chemical drift!
Price: $115 a quarter on structures under 3,000 sq. ft. and lawns up to 5,000 sq. ft. Additional charges apply for larger structures and larger lawns

- This is the stop stick of all pest control in one package. You have complete 360 coverage of ground defense from several common pests here in Florida.
Price: $175 a quarter on structures under 3,000 sq. ft. and lawns under 5,000 sq. ft. Additional charges apply to structures and lawns that are larger.

The initial price varies depending on size and type of infestation, prior pest control history and any discounts you may qualify for. Initial pricing on this plan usually starts at: $200-275 this includes set up fee of $50 for first quarter on the termite "watch" system and provides the first three months of coverage.
Thermal heat treatment for bed bugs on structures under 3,000 sq. ft, this is a heat treatment that is done for the whole structure. It comes with a 30 day service warranty , no laundering items, no melting, no bagging, and no throwing out your furniture. You only need to gather wax based items such as candles and cosmetics, as well as, prescriptions, wine and champagne bottles . These items will be left by front door on day of service.

This treatment will include
Thermal heat treatment to entire structure
Chemical application to wall voids (dusting outlets)
Chemical barrier in each affected room and furniture
Chemical application to crawl spaces and vehicles when applicable
Courtesy pest control treatment (ext. chemical barrier, eves sweeping, hot spots on inside, generally done on follow up inspection)
One mandatory inspection 2 weeks after initial treatment
Warranty - service only
MUST BUY SLIP COVERS (quality- non Walmart ones) PER BED AND BOX SPRING FOR EVERY BED, CRIB OR FOLD OUT BED, COUCHES IN STRUCTURE. These must be presented to technician at time of service for him to put on each at time of treatment.
It will typically take anywhere from 6-10 hours (longer for larger units or large infestations) for the treatment to be done and you may go back inside and continue as if nothing happened. All animals and people are required to be out of structure during the heat treatment process (even fish).

*****STRICT PRE -BED BUG PROTOCOLS MUST BE SIGNED BEFORE SERVICE AND FOLLOWED AFTER SERVICE TAKES PLACE. Avoiding the source of the bed bugs is CRITICAL in any bed bug treatment in order to eliminate them. With out this you will always have bed bugs!

Designed to pick up where the Thermal Heat Treatment warranty ends. We provide monthly inspection/monitoring of bed bugs for eleven consecutive months. . If bed bugs are found during one of the monthly inspections then a treatment (A-1 discretion on chemical or heat application) is applied to the area to eliminate or control the infestation depending on the structures circumstances (someone is bringing them in with luggage or daycare, etc. which is a control circumstance). If you see live activity of bed bugs in between inspections, call us immediately and we come out and take care of it for free. This program offers quarterly pest control at no additional cost and is a courtesy that A-1 Home Pest Control, Inc. extends to maximize value and pest control measures. The pest control is an important part of the Bed Bug Protection Plan and will not be removed from the package for any reason. This is why it is added free of charge. A-1 Home Pest Control, Inc WANTS you to be pest free and will do all we can to achieve that.
